Entries have to be in by 6 November so that we can organise catering and the final arrangements for what should be a ripper weekend.

Registrations for the dinner will only be accepted until the restaurant's capacity is reached. Be quick!

Please read the Waiver below. We will require you to either sign it on the form or acknowledge you have read it online.

You can then forward any monies either by post or by direct deposit - account details are below or on the form.

2023 FESTIVAL DETAILS AND PRICES:

The cost - our Registration Fee - is $100 for each person, and this covers:

  • Friday evening BBQ,
  • Saturday morning tea,
  • Saturday evening Gala Dinner,
  • marina fees,
  • live music,
  • (ever increasing) insurance costs

Sunday lunch is buy your own at the Narooma Marina.

Friday 17 November 2023

6pm Welcome BBQ at Southern Slipway (bring your own drinks)

Saturday 18 November

10am morning cruise and morning tea ‘on the water’
11am - 5pm MAC’s art exhibition (Sport and Game Fishing Club)
12 - 1pm lunch at the Marina (buy your own) with lunch time jazz at the Marina
All afternoon - public ‘sticky beak’ at the boats (all welcome)
6.30pm Gala Dinner in the Montague Room, Club Narooma (with award presentations)

Sunday 19 November

10am Grand Parade led by the ‘Malcolm McKay Best Boat Award’ winner
11am - 3pm MACs art exhibition
12pm lunch and onwards – public ‘sticky beak’ at the boats (all welcome)
2pm pack up and head for home

FESTIVAL DINNER

Our annual Festival Dinner is a very popular feature of the Festival.

It is always best to book early if you wish a seat at the dinner - every year has been a sell-out so far.

    WAIVER YOU WE WILL ASK YOU TO AGREE TO:

    I understand that participating in the festival involves boating on waterways used by other people and their boats. I am aware of the hazards involved. The hazards include, but are not limited to, the condition of your boat, equipment, moorings, wharves, boat ramps, carparks, actions of others, and weather conditions. In my judgement I have sufficient competence and experience to participate safely. I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, next of kin and assign as follows:
    (a) WAIVER, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, and all other foreseeable risks or claims or actions of any kind, whatever and however occurring which I at any time had or have as a result of or in connection with, directly and indirectly, my participation in and travelling to and from this event the following persons or entities: event organisers, event sponsors, volunteers, community organisations and all state and federal and local government authorities in which the event may be staged and their (its) respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents and volunteers.
    (b) INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the persons or entities mentioned in paragraph (a) above from all labilities, claims or actions whatever or however caused arising because of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, my participation in and travelling to this festival. I agree that I enter the above-mentioned vessel in the event voluntarily, and that I am responsible for the control, safety, and insurance of that vessel and for the safety of all persons aboard for the duration of the festival. I also agree to adhere to all NSW maritime requirements for vessels and any safety conditions promulgated by the organiser.
